We offer UPS Ground shipping on all our products. The shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping based on the weight of your order.  Once your order has shipped, we will upload a tracking number assigned by UPS.  You can always go to the UPS website and plug in this tracking number to find out where your package is:

 In order to give you another choice and let you decide, we now offer USPS Priority Mail service as well.  The shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping based on the weight of your order.  Just remember though that there is no tracking number generated for this service.
